Stefanie Fairholme

Associate Director, Resilience Finance

Stefanie joined 100RC after a decade working in investment banking, focusing on emerging and frontier markets, followed by a 4 year career in international development and impact investing. Her work in the financial sector focused on debt and fixed income structuring, both in New York and in London, where she originated and structured investment and liability management transactions for local governments, financial institutions and corporates, primarily in Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Stefanie then took on the role of Head of Impact & Social Investment at Marie Stopes International, a large social enterprise focused on family planning, with a clinical service delivery presence in 37 developing countries, where she established the organisation’s impact investment practice and utilized innovative financing mechanisms to help raise capital for country programmes.

Stefanie is a Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale University. She is a native Romanian speaker and also speaks French.
