Schumer’s office, where he served as the Deputy State Director and Director of Communications in New York.  In that role, Max served as chief spokesman, overseeing digital and traditional communications.  He also served as a senior advisor on legislative and political strategy, helping to craft and pass legislation – including the $60B Superstorm Sandy relief bill.
