Associate Director, Global Delivery, City Resilience Delivery - APAC

Henri has 15 years of international experience in planning and advisory for major consulting, engineering and investor groups. He has successfully managed planning projects, development strategies, feasibility / due diligence studies and financial and economic assessments. His global experience spans across North, Central America, South East Asia, Australia and Europe. After eight years at the transport consultancy MVA Europe then Asia, he joined Macquarie Capital Funds in New York to advise on asset valuations and potential sale/acquisitions. Prior to joining 100RC, he was a Director at AECOM Singapore leading the integrated advisory practice (infrastructure / land development / economics / smart cities) in South East Asia. Projects he led there included advising various governments, multi-lateral banks and sponsors on development strategy, project feasibility and viability, including PPPs. He has also led asset due-diligence studies for international investors and governments. Henri’s technical background comprises strategic planning, transport economics as well as the development of sustainable & smart city initiatives. He holds a Master in Civil Engineer and Urban Planning from Ecole national des Travaux publics de l’Etat and a Master in Transport, Economics & Project Management from NYU Wagner. Henri has been living in South East Asia for over 10 years.
